A 25-year-old Marietta man received life in prison with a possibility of parole after 10 years after pleading guilty to multiple charges Friday afternoon in Washington County Common Pleas Court.

Devin Lindsey, of 408 Marion St., said before sentencing that he was signing an agreement pleading guilty to one count of rape, a first-degree felony; one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a third-degree felony.

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Peter Frank, the former band director at Roland-Grise Middle School, was indicted by a New Hanover County grand jury on 17 child sex crime charges, according to Attorney General Josh Stein’s Office.

While Tuesday’s indictment is only related to one victim, Frank now faces charges for crimes connected to a total of seven different students.

ASHLAND, Ohio — A 55-year-old Ashland resident has been indicted on multiple felony charges for allegedly committing sex crimes involving children.
According to Ashland County Court of Common Pleas records, Christopher A. Wolf has been charged with the following:
Two counts of endangering children, both second-degree felonies; attempted endangering children, a third-degree felony; two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, both second-degree felonies; attempted pandering obscenity involving a minor, a third-degree felony; three counts of attempted importuning, all fourth-degree felonies.

ASHLAND – An Ashland foster parent has been indicted on multiple sex crime charges involving three children he was fostering, Ashland County Prosecutor Chris Tunnell said Tuesday.

Christopher Wolf, 55, is accused of attempting to solicit sex from three boys under the age of 13 who were in his care between June 30 and Dec. 18, 2018, according to Ashland County Common Pleas Court documents.

An Albany woman was accused of multiple sex crimes in Linn County Circuit Court on Wednesday afternoon.
Tina Gaylene Ketcham, 40, was charged with first-degree sodomy, first-degree sex abuse, two counts of first-degree rape, and three other sex crimes.
