Almicar Jose Hernandez Pacheco, 18, pleaded guilty to a four count indictment charging him with forcibly sodomizing a 3 year old boy. A relative of the child saw an injury and took him to a hospital emergency room and Pacheco was arrested on January 6th, 1999.
