Sidney Ray Richardson, a 53 year old Montgomery County man, was sentenced to 10 years in prison yesterday for impregnating his 14 year old stepdaughter.  The girl became pregnant after a judge allowed Richardson to move back into the girl’s home following his release from jail for sexually abusing her when she was 9 and 10.   Richardson pleaded guilty in December to a third degree sex offense.  Prosecutors said he had sex with the girl while she was drunk and while he was on probation for sexually abusing her as

Eddie Cordero, Sr., a 46 year old convicted Westchester County pedophile, is once again facing serious sex charges after a grand jury indicted him for the brutal abduction and rape of a 12 year old girl.  He allegedly snatched the girl from a Yonkers bus stop last April 2, then took her to a wooded area in another town, where he raped and sodomized her.  After the alleged attack, he drove her back to the bus stop, where he threatened to kill her if she told what happened.

Carlos Rivera and Quaddafi Mcfarlane, both 19, have been arrested for beating and molesting a 16 year old female friend in December in the back seat of a car where the victim was sitting.  Mcfarlane allegedly climbed into the back seat and ripped off her shirt, fondled her and forced her to have sex.  When she fought back and bit Mcfarlane in the groin area, the teens allegedly pummeled her, inflicting severe bruising.  Then they kicked the girl out of their car and drove away.  Both face charges of assault

Andre Rand, a 60-year-old convicted kidnapper and child molester was charged on February 15, 2001, in Staten Island with the 1981 kidnapping of 7-year-old Holly Ann Hughes.  Holly’s body has never been found.  He is serving a 25 years to life sentence for the 1987 kidnapping of 12-year-old Jennifer Schweiger who had Down’s syndrome.  Rand has a 1970 conviction for the attempted rape of a 9 year old.  He was arraigned on a first degree kidnapping charge which includes the presumption Holly Ann is dead.  He has also been identified

Zay Harold Jones, a 73 year old convicted sex offender who was playing Santa Claus, has been accused of taking indecent liberties with an 11 year old girl who portrayed Santa’s elf.  The child told a woman in a rest room that Jones had touched her inappropriately as he drove her in his car.  The girl got help after convincing Jones that she was sick and needed to stop.  The woman called police and waited with her.
