BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – 38-year-old Thomas Ford is behind bars after allegedly taking part in illicit actions with juveniles over the span of seven years.
Ford was arrested on Tuesday, December 29 after an investigation that included interviews with three alleged victims.

Australian Federal Police (AFP) have arrested 44 men across the nation on the charges of possessing and producing child abuse material.

Survivors of alleged sexual and physical abuse at a children’s mental health unit have vowed to continue their fight for justice after a three-year police investigation ended without charges.
Police said they found evidence that children had been over-sedated by staff at the Hill End Hospital Adolescent Unit in St Albans, between the 1960s and its closure in 1995.
Hertfordshire Constabulary investigated allegations of beatings, mistreatment and sexual abuse, including rape, but said there was “insufficient evidence to support any arrest or prosecution” against former staff.

Washington state paid a record $2 million to a former foster child who said she was abused in Benton County for over a decade.
Tamaki Law, which represented the now 28-year-old woman, said they believe it is the state’s largest-ever sex abuse settlement in Eastern and Central Washington.
