John H. Daly, a 33 year old custodian at Long Beach High School, appeared in court yesterday after his arrest for spying on female students while they changed clothes in the girl’s locker room.  Daly, of 20 Curley Street, Long Beach, was arrested Saturday and charged with three misdemeanor counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a child.  He pleaded not guilty to the charges before posting a bail of $10,000 bond or $5,000 cash.  Several girls who were members of the swim team were changing into their street

Richard Hayes, a 37 year old construction worker, was arrested for a public lewd act in ArdenrnHeights. Hayes was arrested at the corner of Rathburn Avenue and Jefferson Boulevard Thursday afterrna 36 year old woman and her 5 year old son spotted him touching himself as he stood by a car withrnhis pants down around his ankles. He is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and publicrnlewdness.

Philip Fasso, a 34 year old Lawrence High School teacher, was arrested yesterday afternoon on charges that he fondled a 16 year old girl just after he finished tutoring her after school.  Fasso, of 996 White Birch Lane in Wantagh, was charged with fondling the girl beneath her clothes as she stood to leave the tutoring session on March 29.  A school security guard saw the incident and observed the victim struggling to get away and brought her and Fasso to school administrators.  Fasso is charged with third degree sexual

Lawrence Gerken, a 61 year old former Copiague teacher, was found in possession of images depicting men having sex with minors.  Gerken, of Calverton, was released yesterday on $250,000 bond in federal court in Central Islip.  He is charged with one count of felony receipt of child pornography.  If convicted, he could serve 5 to 20 years in prison.  Gerken retired from the Copiague School District in 1999 after a 33 year career teaching technology and driver education.

Garibaldy Ulloa-Rodriguez, a 23 year old man, was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting his young cousin on several occasions over the course of nearly a year.  Between December 2005 and October 2006 he attacked the girl, age 9 when she was first attacked, in her family’s Manhattan apartment.  The girl told her mother, who notified police on March 31.  Ulloa-Rodriguez is charged with rape, criminal sexual act and sexual abuse.
